TERMS OF PURCHASE

The training materials you are ordering consist of highly proprietary information and intellectual property specific to the wedding industry, and are protected by International Copyright Law.

i) This material consists of proprietary information / intellectual property regarding the trade secrets, methods, processes, business strategies, practices, procedures, pricing formulas and other insider's details of the wedding consulting and coordination business. Due to the highly proprietary nature of this information and in order to ensure the protection of its copyright; and due to the considerable administrative costs we incur associated with processing course registrations, order fulfillment, and shipping; cancellations of course purchases, or returns/refunds of course materials, are not allowed under any circumstances once the order has been processed. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the order has been processed; in the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement shipment will be sent.

Delivery of your shipment is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that a shipment is damaged in transit, the wrong product was shipped in error, or a shipment is determined by the shipping carrier or ourselves to be lost in transit, a replacement shipment will promptly be sent to you. If a shipment is lost in transit, you will receive a prompt replacement as soon as we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier that sufficient transit time, as prescribed by the shipping carrier, has been allowed for the shipment to arrive, allowing for any potential delays which may occur in transit, and the shipment is classified by the shipping carrier as lost and undeliverable. Any shipment damaged in transit will promptly be replaced. In the unlikely event that an error occurs and you are shipped the wrong course materials, the matter will be promptly corrected with a replacement. The customer is responsible for accepting delivery of shipment; failure to accept delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund. Customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred by the seller as a result of unclaimed shipments. Unauthorized returns of course materials will not be accepted under any circumstances and you are solely responsible for course materials returned to us without authorization. By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge that you accept, agree to, and comply with these terms of sale. Do not proceed with your order if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Purchase are legally binding. Be advised that if you proceed with your order and disregard our policies, and then attempt a chargeback through your bank in order to force a refund in contrary to the terms and conditions stated herein, your bank will be advised of the terms and conditions of this purchase, and your chargeback will be unsuccessful. Further, you will be responsible for any costs we incur in dealing with a chargeback, plus a service fee of $25 which we will collect via a collection agency or by filing a judgement aginist you in a court of law if required.  By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge that you accept, agree to, and comply with these Terms of Purchase. Do not proceed with your order if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ii) Due to the nature of the role for which we offer a certificate, there is a conduct requirement involved in participation in this course, and in qualifying for certification. Throughout the program and their dealings with either this organization4the instructor, students are expected to conduct themselves in the same manner in which they would when dealing with clients, vendors, or business associates in their role as professional wedding consultant, exhibiting the same level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and other required characteristics and abilities. In order to preserve the integrity, reputation, recognition and value of this training program and its certificate, we cannot endorse any student in whom we lack confidence will have the ability to: function professionally, competently, responsibly, ethically, or otherwise appropriately as a professional wedding consultant; or to perform to the highest standards necessary for this profession when in the field; or to represent our name well within the industry. We reserve the right to permanently withdraw instructor interaction or eligibility for certification from any student who is disruptive, uncooperative, disrespectful, or who otherwise demonstrates an attitude or conduct which, in the opinion of the SuperWeddings.com Professional Development Division, indicates a level of incompatibility or unsuitability for the role of the professional wedding consultant; or who fails to meet the standards of performance or conduct of The Professional Development Division of SuperWeddings.com to qualify for our certificate as a Professional Wedding Consultant. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of disruptive or uncooperative behavior; failure to follow instructor's directions; disregarding instructions; poor, problematic, or disrespectful attitude; rudeness; excitability; aggressive or confrontational behavior; any form of dishonesty or untruthfulness; unsatisfactory performance on course work; or any demonstration of traits, characteristics, or attitudes which in our sole discretion draws into question the student's suitability to function responsibly as a wedding consultant, or their ability to conduct themselves within the industry in a manner which we endorse and to represent our name in a manner we would approve of. In order to maintain the integrity of the certification offered by this organization, we reserve the right to withhold or withdraw certification at our sole discretion from any student who displays inappropriate behavior, conduct, or attitude as described above. Such decisions, if required, will be made at the sole discretion of the Professional Development Division of SuperWeddings.com. Any student with whom the instructor deems necessary to cease interaction, or to withhold or withdraw certification from, with will not be eligible for the certificate for this course, or any form of refund.

iii) COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

(a) Except as expressly authorized in writing by Leader Publishing (owner of SuperWeddings.com), You can not reproduce, copy, use, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of any of the Content, including but not limited to text, photographs, ad copy, instructions, visitors comments or submissions contained on this website, in whole or in part, by any means. You must not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software SuperWeddings.com provides for your use or for the functioning of this website, and You must not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership.

(b) SuperWeddings" and "SuperWedding" are trademarks of Leader Publishing and are protected by Federal and International Trademark Law. "SuperWeddings.com Trademarks" means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations SuperWeddings.com uses in connection with its products and services. "Leader Publishing's Trademarks" means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations Leader Publishing uses in connection with its products and services.You agree to comply with the SuperWeddings.com Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements located at http://www.superWeddings.com/trademarks. You may not remove or alter any SuperWeddings™ Trademarks, or co-brand your own products or material with SuperWeddings™ Trademarks, without SuperWeddings™.com's prior written consent. You acknowledge SuperWeddings™.com's rights in SuperWeddings™.com Trademarks and agree that any use of SuperWeddings™.com Trademarks by You shall inure to SuperWeddings™.com's sole benefit. You agree not to incorporate any SuperWeddings™ Trademarks into Your trademarks, service marks, company names, Internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations, for use on or in connection with computer or Internet-related products, services or technologies unless you have been granted the express written permission of SuperWeddings.com. You may not remove or alter any Leader Publishing Trademarks, or co-brand your own products or materia Leader Publishing Trademarks, without Leader Publishing's prior written consent. You acknowledge Leader Publishing's rights in Leader Publishing's Trademarks and agree that any use of Leader Publishing's Trademarks by You shall inure to Leader Publishing's sole benefit. You agree not to incorporate any Leader Publishing Trademarks into Your trademarks, service marks, company names, Internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations, for use on or in connection with computer or Internet-related products, services or technologies unless you have been granted the express written permission of Leader Publishing. SuperWeddings™ and SuperWedding™ are trademarks of Leader Publishing and are protected by Federal and International Trademark Law.  Violators will be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable laws.

iv) CONTENT SUBMITTED TO SUPERWEDDINGS.COM

Unless otherwise by SuperWeddings.com in writing, any Content You submit to SuperWeddings.com via email or through this website in connection to any of the SuperWeddings.com training programs or courses shall be deemed to be provided on a nonconfidential basis and shall become the property of SuperWeddings.com. This includes but is not limited to the content of course assignments, comments You may make about the course in correspondance or documentation sent to SuperWeddings.com (for instance, within student questionnaires while the student is enrolled, or questions submitted by students to instructors). SuperWeddings.com shall be free to use or disseminate such Content on an unrestricted basis for any purpose, and You grant SuperWeddings.com an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, adapt, resell and publish such Content (including in digital form). 

(v)  CONFIDENTIALITY OF SUPERWEDDINGS.COM INFORMATION

You may obtain direct access to certain confidential information of SuperWeddings.com, including without limitation technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing and other valuable information that should reasonably be understood as confidential ("Confidential Information"). You must hold Confidential Information in strict confidence. Title to Confidential Information remains with SuperWeddings.com and its suppliers.

Your obligations regarding Confidential Information expire twenty-five (25) years after the date of disclosure. Upon termination of the Terms or SuperWeddings.com's written request, You must cease use of Confidential Information and return or destroy it.

The Terms impose no obligation upon You with respect to Confidential Information that You can establish by legally sufficient evidence: (a) You possessed prior to Your receipt from SuperWeddings.com, without an obligation to maintain its confidentiality; (b) is or becomes generally known to the public through no act or omission by You, or otherwise without violation of the Terms; (c) You obtained from a third party who had the right to disclose it, without an obligation to keep such information confidential; (d) You independently developed without the use of Confidential Information and without the participation of individuals who have had access to it, or (e) in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, as otherwise required by law, or as necessary to establish the rights of either party under these Terms and as disclosed after prior notice to SuperWeddings.com adequate to afford SuperWeddings.com the opportunity to object to the disclosure.
