Dear Linda,
Thank you for having the idea of putting together a training manual for those of us who want to start a business as a wedding consultant. I have completed college as an under graduate and I can honestly say there has only been a few classes that have been this clear and concise. Your training manual has a logical approach from beginning to end. It explains how to start a business, understanding the reasonability of a wedding consultant/coordinator, methods on charging clients, and when one completes the course they become a certified wedding consultant.
To others who are seeking training as a professional wedding consultant, I would like to say this:
There are several organizations offering a course in wedding consulting and I have read some of their training material. I was not impressed with their course material, structure, or unit price. Also, it was very difficult to contact someone when you had a problem with an area in the manual.
However, for me the SuperWeddings.com training manual still is my reference and overall guide to go to if I need some clarification on an area or I can e-mail Linda Kevich my mentor. If she is unavailable your questions never go unanswered; one of the other consultants will contact you with an answer.
If weddings are your passion and if you want to turn this passion into a career, training is necessary and SuperWeddings.com should be your first step to that career.
Sincerely,
Kimberly S. Long
